Privacy policy
How OpsMemo uses data to run the application and support teamwork.
Service operator
Operator: Jaroslav Tuzinsky, The Pulse Boulevard Apartments C3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Contact: support@opsmemo.app. Your organisation also determines what data it enters into its workspace and how it uses it. Requests about company records are handled in coordination with your organisation.
Account and workspace
We process your sign-in email, account identifier, profile name, company and team membership, roles and invitation data. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in and password verification. These data enable account access, email verification and permission management.
Tasks, notes and photos
We store task descriptions, locations, assignments, due dates, statuses, notes and uploaded photos. Activity history records the actor’s name and the time of a change. Free text and photos may contain personal data; include only what is needed for the work.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to provide the service, coordinate work, manage accounts and permissions, provide support and protect the service. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing supports the agreed service, legitimate interests in secure operation or legal obligations. Where consent is required, the related feature is used on that basis.
Providers and access
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, file storage, server functions. Cloudflare hosts the website. Zoho Mail processes support email correspondence, including sender addresses, message content and attachments. Zoho SMTP also delivers Firebase system emails, such as email verification and password resets, including recipient addresses and message content. Authorised workspace members access records according to their roles. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or device information and operational logs to deliver and secure the service.
Voice input
Dictation is optional and starts only when you press Start dictation and allow microphone access. Your device or browser speech service transcribes audio and may process it online under its provider’s terms. OpsMemo does not store audio recordings. After confirmation, the transcript is added to the form and saved with the action.
Camera and location
Camera and photo selection are used to attach a photo to a task. Manage permissions in your device settings; declining access may limit that feature. A task location is a user-entered description of a place at work, not the device’s GPS location. The app does not request GPS location.
Browser storage and advertising
Authentication may keep you signed in in your browser. Depending on the platform, the database client may keep a local cache; local demo mode stores its sample data on the device. The presentation website does not use advertising tracking. OpsMemo has no advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics integrated.
Retention and deletion
A uniform automatic deletion period is not configured for accounts, tasks, photos or activity history. Account and company deletion are not self-service features. Send requests to support@opsmemo.app. We assess identity and authority, company records, any legal obligations and technical considerations including provider backups and logs. We explain the scope and outcome. Invitation records may remain after an invitation expires.
Your requests
Contact support@opsmemo.app to request access, correction, export or deletion, restriction of processing or to object where applicable law provides those rights. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it. Contact your organisation as well for company records. Where applicable, you may complain to a supervisory authority.
Processing locations and further information
The database, photo storage and server functions are configured in Belgium (europe-west1). Authentication, hosting and other provider services may process data in other countries; we do not promise exclusive processing in the EU.
